**What do you like best about Thanxie?**

An employee/user-friendly application that tries to increase motivation in the most successful way by strengthening communication within the team. Moreover, in addition to communicating, we also contribute to the company in the name of sustainability by growing our own trees.

**What do you dislike about Thanxie?**

As far as I've used it, I haven't had anything I didn't like. Maybe gamification can be increased by differentiating the games =)

**What problems is Thanxie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanxie addresses the lack of recognition and appreciation in workplaces, which often leads to low employee engagement and motivation. By fostering a culture of recognition through a user-friendly platform, it enhances communication and makes appreciation more accessible and impactful. For me, it helps build a positive work environment by encouraging timely recognition, boosting team morale, and strengthening collaboration.
