I have patients that rather text and don't check their emails. It works really well for these people. It looks like patient interaction has gone up and we've had a 70-210% increased engagement with our home page (depending on the month) **What do you dislike about TextNinja?** I would like to see an easier way to check off the templates, instead of transferring them to the away/out of the office section. Also these features aren't available on the app **What problems is TextNinja solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's allowing those that are contacting the clinic an easier and faster way to answer their questions. Patients are spending less time trying to find any contact info. It's also avoiding bots. Which allows us to engage with patients easier. We're not missing questions that may have been thrown in the junk due to the email filter ### 2.
