I have a receptionist that enjoys emailing and texting. I have patients that rather text and don't check their emails. It works really well for these people. What do you dislike about TextNinja? I would like to see an easier way to check off the templates, instead of transferring them to the away/out of the office section. It's allowing those that are contacting the clinic an easier and faster way to answer their questions. Patients are spending less time trying to find any contact info. It's also avoiding bots.
