TerraTrash is a software solution that provides customer and billing management with container tracking and maintenance and customized reporting, commercial/residential route sheets, post card billing and collections and more.
The simple look and feel to the dashboard, and also- I really like the ACH processor within Terra.
What do you dislike?
Infested with annoying bugs. If you don't do everything just "so,so" then it will either boot you out or cause an error or completely throw your entire database out of wack. Also, the service techs could have a little more patience for their clients, especially when their software doesn't do what it's supposed to do and we have to call in for some reinforcment. That's a total negative.
