I started with nothing. No discord knowledge, no knowledge of how to collect payments and manage memberships, nothing. I just had a decent size following on social media and TernaryDev literally walked me through from start to finish on how to turn that following into a monetized community and it has changed my life. We went from $0 grinding daily to build our following, podcasting, etc. to a 6, nearly 7 figure business in less than 18 months. Don’t even get me started on their customer service. I need help - boom. I get help. I need a new feature - boom I get the new feature. All in a personalized Discord chat, so no calling or emailing and waiting hours, days, or weeks to hear back. Most of the time I have support in minutes, or even seconds… If you are looking for the best and easiest (so easy a caveman can do it) platform to monetize and manage a subscription business, TernaryDev is it. Period. They didn’t ask or pay me anything for this testimonial and I have no skin in their game. Just straight up amazing people with an amazing service. **What do you dislike about Ternary?** Literally nothing to not like. They are newer, so they have some minor features that would be helpful that are missing but they add and improve constantly. Why should I change? Well, after our first meeting, I could tell I would be receiving a wholly enhanced level of service by migrating to Ternary. They were patient, did not try to sell me, and explained the advantages of partnering with them. From their dedicated account support to their myriad of features not offered elsewhere, making a move was a no-brainer. **What do you dislike about Ternary?** Ternary has been on top of our business from the start. I have yet to have any complaints. Any systems that I've struggled with, Ternary has worked personally with my staff and me to overcome. Not only were they well responsive and successful in executing their product with us, but they went above and beyond in offering their consulting services to understand our product best and explore new ways in which they can better serve us, and we can better serve our clients. **What do you dislike about Ternary?** There was nothing really to dislike about Ternary's services. Their entire team was quick to respond and ensured our needs were met promptly, if not earlier than needed. **What problems is Ternary solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ternary is helpign my business resolve problems with the onboarding process of our clients. As our business product runs in a discord, the big problem we had was moving the client from our website, through checkout, and directly into our discord server. Ternary has steamlined this entire process, making it automatic in the sense that all payments go through them, and they can move all our clients directly into our server and into our product. Furthermore, Ternary has been able to provide unlimited consultation hours in getting our business up and running. From experience, to marketing, to sales and strategy, Ternary has been able to completely review our business strategy, and offer insight on where to improve. ### 4. We rarely have any customers who run into problems with their membership dashboard, and the sign-up process takes less than 3 minutes. **What do you dislike about Ternary?** Honestly, I can't say there's anything I dislike. All the issues I would complain about (like lack of Zapier support) are already on their product roadmap. Additionally, they are entirely hands-on from beginning to end, so any issues we encountered were resolved quickly. I dislike that I didn't find them sooner! **What problems is Ternary solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our company focuses on adults *only* since we are a kink-focused brand. Because of this, we needed an additional layer of security for our server so our invite links could remain private and have a better way to verify the identity of our users. With Ternary, not only do our members feel safe in knowing everyone they interact with is a real person, but we also can properly manage the members of our Discord in one place. The Stripe integration makes it's super simple for us to pull any data we need, receive payouts, and keep track of coupons or subscriptions. Because of Ternary, we've built an entirely separate line of business from our e-commerce with our Discord server. This means we can start to build revenue independent from product sales. This is a major benefit for an e-commerce brand since our sales can have down periods like post-holiday.
