TernaryDev has been the best partner I could’ve asked for on this wild ride. I started with nothing. No discord knowledge, no knowledge of how to collect payments and manage memberships, nothing. I just had a decent size following on social media and TernaryDev literally walked me through from start to finish on how to turn that following into a monetized community and it has changed my life. We went from $0 grinding daily to build our following, podcasting, etc. to a 6, nearly 7 figure business in less than 18 months. Don’t even get me started on their customer service. I need help - boom. I get help. I need a new feature - boom I get the new feature. All in a personalized Discord chat, so no calling or emailing and waiting hours, days, or weeks to hear back. Most of the time I have support in minutes, or even seconds… If you are looking for the best and easiest (so easy a caveman can do it) platform to monetize and manage a subscription business, TernaryDev is it. When Ternary first approached me, my company was already managing our subscribers through a different service. Why should I change? Well, after our first meeting, I could tell I would be receiving a wholly enhanced level of service by migrating to Ternary. They were patient, did not try to sell me, and explained the advantages of partnering with them. What I loved best about Ternary is their ability to immerse themselves into the shoes of myself and my partners and dedicate their efforts to the wellbeing of my business as if it was their own. Ternary's software platform is easy to use, simple to set up, and incredibly intuitive. We rarely have any customers who run into problems with their membership dashboard, and the sign-up process takes less than 3 minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly, I can't say there's anything I dislike. All the issues I would complain about (like lack of Zapier support) are already on their product roadmap. Additionally, they are entirely hands-on from beginning to end, so any issues we encountered were resolved quickly.
