**What do you like best about Tender Support?**

Tender support is a very easy platform to use. It makes answering customers quick and  easy, and allows for simple transfer of messages to various individuals in a company. 

**What do you dislike about Tender Support?**

There are limitations, such as not being able to see details of an original email. The message threads can be limiting in that sense.  

**Recommendations to others considering Tender Support:**

Simple tool, with some limitations

**What problems is Tender Support solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Multiple members of the organization are able to collaborate on customer service and support efforts.
