**What do you like best about TeleDocto?**

The service is convenient and easy to use at home. It helps when a person can't make it into their PCP or needs a very basic and quick prescription for common illness.

**What do you dislike about TeleDocto?**

I haven't found the medical care to be of very high quality. The doctors spend very little time with the patients and seem to be rushing through calls. You also can't choose your own provider.

**Recommendations to others considering TeleDocto:**

Don't set expectations too high. Great for routine care.

**What problems is TeleDocto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I often do not have childcare so Teledoc is a convenient alternative to an in office visit. I use it mostly for convenience for basic and routine types of medical care.
