**What do you like best about telecrm?**

telecrm has completely streamlined our sales process. The lead tracking and WhatsApp API work flawlessly to save us hours every week. It makes appointment booking and follow-ups seamless. Highly recommended for boosting productivity.

**What do you dislike about telecrm?**

The current reports are good, but I would love to see more advanced visual charts for tracking team performance over longer periods.

We struggled with lead leakage and manual calling before.
telecrm solved this with a very intuitive ui/ux that our team learned quickly.
The whatsapp API integration and automated workflows have improved our overall performance significantly.

It provides excellent roi for our business. Also, the onboarding support was seamless and very helpful in setting everything up.

Overall, it provides lead tracking from the day a lead is captured through to closure. The interface is easy to use, and the team is readily available whenever I need assistance.

Till the time I have used telecrm I don't see anything that has not worked good for me. My process works very well with telecrm

Previously I found it very difficult to bring all my leads on a single dashboard from where I could manage them. telecrm has solved this problem and it saves a lot of time for me

Easy workflow creation, Integrations with other portals are seamless, the software works well, doesn't hang or stop working abruptly

Response time to doubts is a little slow

Earlier, we kept our sales data in Google Sheets, and using it for reporting and tracking leads was relatively tough and slow. With Tele CRM, tracking each lead from various portals has improved, and the reporting is much more consistent.

**What do you like best about telecrm?**

It is very easy to use, UI is very user-friendly, very easy to get started, clean UI for lead management, you get all the details of your WhatsApp campaigns, designing your workflow is very easy, integrating with meta makes it very user-friendly to make your templates.

Support is not so good, they should work on it, and integration takes some time which is a bit frustrating.

The automation is impressive, and the lead tracking at every stage is seamless. It has allowed me to maintain a clear and organized overview of all leads throughout the pipeline.

**What do you like best about telecrm?**

The best part of teleCRM is making the workflow for bulk WhatsApp. It is very easy to make and to understand the workflow as well and the the summary for every campaign is in detail which is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about telecrm?**

cannot see Bulk Email features and the support is a bit slow they should work on it.

**What problems is telecrm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation is preety good and the tracking of every step with leads is handled decently. This helped me to keep clear track of every lead in all stages.

TeleCRM has a user friendly interface, making it easy for us to quickly adapt and start using the technology effectively.
The platform offers various automation features as well (auto dialers, call recordings)

Compared to other CRM solutions it lacks advanced features, e.g. AI powered insights.

TeleCRM is solving problems like inefficient sales process (manual tracking of leads & deals). 
It benefited us by streamlining the sales process.
