Our SDRs can call straight from the app on their own SIM, and every call is logged and recorded without anyone typing notes. Before telecrm, half our calls never made it into the CRM. Now I can open any lead and see every call, recording and WhatsApp message in one timeline. The mobile app is fast, and the team picked it up in a couple of days.
