**What do you like best about Technosuite?**

What I like most about Technosuite is how nicely it fits into CrowdStrike, we didn’t need to add another separate tool just for web filtering. The integration with CS makes it quite straightforward to push out and manage policies, and everything stays consistent across endpoints without too much manual work.

**What do you dislike about Technosuite?**

One downside is that sometimes the policy sync takes quite a while. Also, occasionally the policies don’t apply properly, or the system behaves a bit inconsistent.

**What problems is Technosuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From my side, it helps improve our security posture by reducing the risk of users accessing malicious or unsafe sites, and at the same time it supports productivity by limiting access to non work related content. However the categories need more improvement in my humble opinion.
