I really like that TeamMate+ is easy to use and has many great features, although I feel my team hasn’t fully leveraged its potential yet. Every application has drawbacks, TeamMate is no exception. For me, TeamMate's benefits outweigh its drawbacks. These include: user roles and groups can be very confusing and unfortunately to get access we need, we need to assign people multiple times to the same audit/project or Issue to get them the access they need.
