Key features include employee feedback, real-time results, evolution over time charts, engagement ratio, eNPS, actionable strengths and weaknesses and anonymous feedback chats. You can collect results of 10 key standard metrics, or you can design your own specific survey with your own questions. Admins can analyze all results and manager can view their teams’ metrics in their own portal. Team Insights is suited for all kinds of organizations and can deal from 5 to thousands of employees. ## Team Insights Reviews ### 1. In a company like ours, this allows us to anticipate improvements or problems and improve our level of employee loyalty. **What do you dislike about Team Insights?** I can't ask for employee feedback through social media or Whats App. **Recommendations to others considering Team Insights:** Team Insights is a great tool to improve the work environment and know the team's status in real-time. **What problems is Team Insights solving and how is that benefiting you?** Through Team Insights I have the possibility, as human resources, to have a direct and always open channel in which all company employees can give their opinion. Easy to use for those who respond to the survey. It shows the results immediately and graphically. **What do you dislike about Team Insights?** The implementation phase could be more agile, with more massive actions. We would like to have the option to create custom reports, which would allow for automatic dimension comparison. **Recommendations to others considering Team Insights:** It is a great decision to use Team Insights. Maybe in some survey, some questions should be adapted to each company, but I think they can be customized. **What problems is Team Insights solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have a channel always open to know the status of my team, in the office or teleworking. It helps me anticipate and provoke conversations to deal with problems that I wasn't aware of before. ### 4. You can respond to the survey in seconds after receiving the email. **What do you dislike about Team Insights?** For now, everything is great. Nothing to mention. **What problems is Team Insights solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can see how my team is doing and take actions if I see that something can be improved. Getting direct and honest feedback from my team helps me to understand what to do.
