**What do you like best about Cloudberry?**

Keeping my tasks organized is probably the best aspect for me.  Ostensibly it's a patient communication platform, and patients love it for that, but keeping that communication organized, searchable, and trackable is hugely valuable.

**What do you dislike about Cloudberry?**

I was surprised how much patients took to it, and use it.  I think some older patients are a bit challenged with using a computer, as opposed to picking up a phone, though.

**What problems is Cloudberry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's keeping the office organized and all on the same page with patient communication and organization.
