The messaging hub enhances our communication and data privacy making our collaboration with our clients and team members seamless. **What do you dislike about Taxaroo?** The platform has been incredibly user-friendly and efficient, I honestly haven't come across something that I dislike about Taxaroo. **What problems is Taxaroo solving and how is that benefiting you?** In the beginning, I faced a lot of challenges and hurdles using multiple 3rd party tools for everything, and that was too time-consuming and irritating. A friend of mine referred me to Taxaroo and told me to take the trial version and I did. That changed everything for us. ### 2. This centralized platform minimizes email clutter and guarantees data privacy, which is crucial in our line of work. It’s both efficient and compliant, enhancing our overall productivity. ### 3. This can be sent to clients via a link in your yearly emails or provided to them as needed. Also great for the tax preparer for workflow planning and assigning clients to different team members. The client portal & invoicing are a great addition as well for clients to be able to upload more info & pay for tax prep. It also includes e-signature capabilities which is also great. **What do you dislike about Taxaroo?** It can be a pricey addition to your tax office. It is convenient and with many useful features but not a necessity to run your tax office. So if you have the extra to spend it may be worthwhile to add this and see if it helps improve workflow and customer satisfaction. They do offer a free review before committing to paying. **Recommendations to others considering Taxaroo:** There are many options available that offer similar functions. Try the trial and see if you like it and can utilize it and whether the costs would be worthwhile for your organization. **What problems is Taxaroo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using this for remote clients is a plus.
