I love that there is a mobile app. If I’m not near my computer I can still respond to inquiries.

I feel like it goes into sleep mode a little fast but that’s not a big deal really.

We aren’t on campus to answer questions as we usually would be and this is a good way to connect with students visiting our site.

**What do you like best about tawk.to?**

I like tawk.to because it includes all the tools for a live chat. It is easy to use and can be easily implemented on the website. I also like it because it has a mobile application for Android and I receive notifications directly on my cell phone, so I can be more attentive to customer messages.

**What do you dislike about tawk.to?**

If any member of the agent team forgets to log out, the chat will remain active, which causes discomfort for some clients since their messages are not answered immediately.

This software is easy to use and easy to implement. I recommend it because it collects demographics from visitors. Also, it has very good customization options.

That you have to login to their website outside of our Shopify account. But once it is logged in it no longer makes you do that.

tawk.to is very effective in handling multiple chats going at once. The interface is very well designed and well thought out. Our entire team can see what the other is working on and who is in the queue next.

**What do you like best about tawk.to?**

Tawk.to is free and that's what I like the most. Its features are amazing, so it's worth mentioning them separately:

- It has a dashboard that analyzes website visitors over a week, month, or year. This dashboard shows information such as the people who started a chat or the number of pages they viewed on the website.
- The messaging app collects data from visitors such as the country they accessed the website from as well as the browser they used.
- It has a reporting tool that allows tracking of missed chats or user satisfaction.
- The design and colors of the chat can be customized.
- It is possible to set up a welcome message for visitors.
- It has a notification system with a pleasant sound that alerts agents when a visitor has sent a message.
- It has a plugin for WordPress, so you just have to add it from the WordPress directory.

**What do you dislike about tawk.to?**

So far, I don't dislike anything about Tawk.to. It's a free application with features of paid software.

I don't think there is a chat application as comprehensive as Tawk.to, at least you won't find a free one. It is software that is easy to implement, with an intuitive design and excellent analysis tools. I recommend it.

Tawk.to helps us respond to customers who access our online store with inquiries regarding the products we sell, which has allowed sales to increase significantly. It has also allowed us to track visitors who enter our website, so we can prepare better search engine positioning strategies. Among other things, it was very easy for me to implement the application, thanks to its plugin for WordPress, so it was just a matter of installing it from its directory.

**What do you like best about tawk.to?**

What I liked most about tawk.to is the simplicity of its design. From the moment you access the control panel, you can see graphs of the visitors who connected during the day or also the chats that were answered. Best of all, it was very easy to install, as the software automatically generates the code you need to insert into the website.

Another feature I liked about the software is that we were able to give it different uses for our purposes, as we can provide assistance, sell products, or resolve inquiries.

Unfortunately, removing the brand and the tag of tawk.to from the chat appearance is expensive.

This platform has a really comprehensive chat service in its free version. Surely if you acquire the paid version, it will exceed your expectations. I recommend tawk.to

Talk to provides free Live chat option for customers. You can easily integrate this with your websites, Apps or you can share link to anyone so they can chat with you. It supports Ticket creation so your customers problems can be resolved easily. No programming knowledge will be required for integration of tawlk to its supports on many platforms i personally use it for my websites.  Its interface is so informative you will get all updates messages and many more at one screen. They also provide executives but you have to pay 1 dollars for 1 hr and they will reply for you.but its optional.Best Live chat option for Small enterprises.

There is nothing to dislike for me because i get what i needed from Tawlkto. and still its upgrading and you never know what you will get next.

The main reason why I use Tawk.to is to monitor website activities and traffic in terms of number of visitors at a given time, page views, and daily site report. Also, Tawk.to is very perfect in Geo IP tracking and shows the country and location of a visitor. In addition, Tawk.to has customizable widgets and in-built ticketing. The other feature of Tawk.to I like is its flexibility when initiating/ joining a chat.

Tawk.to can sometimes be deceptive to site visitors through the welcoming message such as hello how May I help you or hello we are online for instant help. This is because it ensures a 24-7 hour live support even when there are no agents to respond to a visitor’s query. Also, Tawk.to has numerous features that sometimes confuse a user, especially the new users. It is also challenging to customize the widgets especially for the new users.

I use tawk.to to monitor site visitors, the number of pages viewed/ visited and the number of site visitors on a daily basis. Also, tawk.to helps me in Geo IP tracking to determine the eligible IPs and the ineligible ones; with an option to ban robots or spam IPs from visiting the page they are viewing. It is still easy to filter messages with tawk.to. Last, tawk.to is easy to install in a mobile since there is a tawk.to app; this makes it very easy to monitor website activities at all the time.

**What do you dislike about tawk.to?**

I do not like tawk.to interface since it is less intuitive and still not very user-friendly when compared to other live support software. Sometimes I get lost when using the software due to its poor interface; this means that its backend is poor and requires a complete makeover and rethinking. The other thing I dislike of tawk.to is that navigating through its many features is not easy for newbies and thus is always confusing the non-technical users.

I recommend tawk.to as a nice site monitoring too to those considering to use it. The benefits associated with it are more than its few disadvantages. It's a good tool for the price, once you know how it works, you can manage the chats and the people who can access every chat

It's a good tool for the people who wants an easy tool. Also, a thing to consider is that you can insert the chat via Javascript whiles with other software it will be integrated when adding an URL. If, for example, you have the exact same URL with different languages, Tawk.to will be a good tool because you'll be able to show differnt chats for different languages.

I can easily have a live chat in the company's site and landing pages. I can collet leads when we are offline with the form.

**What do you like best about tawk.to?**

The best thing that I live tawk.to is it's completely 100% FREE. When I hear people say it's free, I think like any other software, they will provide a free plan for the lite version (not include all features). But the truth is they provide a FREE plan for all available features of the software. I really impressed for that. In addition, tawk.to also provides application on another platform like Window, Mac OS, Android and iOS, so that I can answer the visitor everytime and everywhere. The notications are really good with sound and push notications so that I do not miss any of my visitor's messages.

**What do you dislike about tawk.to?**

What I dislike at tawk.to is it lacks of import & export feature. For example, I have many websites that want to use tawk.to as a live chat. I want to copy the setting of one website to another one, but I did not find any solution for this. So, every time I add a new website to tawk.to, I have to reconfigure from the beginning.

If you're looking a FREE live chat service with all premium features, tawk.to is the best choice. I only used tawk.to for several months but I am really happy about the service, easy to install and configure, detailed tracking. It help me a lot to support my customers when they have questions.

Tawk. to is build with all the features that any website user will need for the ideal customer support. The service is as cheap as free and creates undeniably the best customer experience on a website. It is super fast. Thus, the two sides do not have to wait for so long to get feedback. Tawk. to is a service that can be accessed either through a free downloadable application or via any web browser. This kind of availability enhances the convenience of the chat provider.

**What do you dislike about tawk.to?**

All the services offered by tawk.to are completely free. This fact makes it almost impossible for the developers to upgrade the service and features. The live-chat service provider has some loopholes that need to be addressed. The customers have already identified these shortcomings though they have not been acted upon, perhaps due to lack of funds. For instance, the dashboard appears overcrowded, an issue that needs to be addressed.

Our goal is to meet customer satisfaction, and that cannot be met without having a platform where we can interact with them directly and instantly. Of all the features of tawk.to, the ability to engage several customers at a go is the the feature I like most. When customers are many, one agent can handle 3 to 5 clients at the same time. This helps us to engage as many customers as possible and make sure they have not left without purchasing our services. When we look at this feature from a different perspective, we can say that it helps us to boost our sales.

Tawk.to provides through the users' emails the weekly reports on customer engagement throughout the week. Although this is a good move, weekly roundup report does not provide the reliable data since it is difficult for the user to determine which period the demand is high based on the 7-day report. Tawk.to should focus on providing the customers with monthly reports instead of weekly ones.

The best thing I like about tawk.to is its user-friendly interface in desktop. The availability of knowledge base also helps a lot while using it. It can be used for quick responses to many of the frequently asked questions.

The mobile app for tawk.to doesn't have a user-friendly interface. It also fails to give notifications at some time due to some bugs. I was finding it confusing to tweak with certain admin panel settings in mobile app. Also, I feel like some of the options like availability to go offline, invisible, etc are kind of confusing at some point in time

The most interesting feature that tawk.to provides is the ability to see what users are typing before they click submit. This allows us at work to really improve our customer service because you can see exactly what the user is thinking/wanting to say to you, and then you can use that information to tailor your responses. In addition, the next best feature is the team settings with the mobile app. With many remote employees, we were able to perform customer service across the whole HR team no matter if they were in the office or not, and that was really convenient.

The worst part about tawk.to is how the setup, customization, and configuration can be confusing. The settings specifically for email notifications are hard to understand, and I keep getting notifications about conversations I was not a part of despite trying to unsubscribe from them.

It is important that you understand how to to use all of the features in tawk.to so you can maximize the benefits from their free tier. For example, make sure you take the time to set up your online/offline hours, automatic replies, email notifications, and other settings before going live. We can work in team on Tawk thanks to multi-licences and whispers. I also like the gain of time permitted by the automation (triggers) and shortcuts for the most current questions.

The triggers misfunction sometimes. The visitors of our website can receive triggers as "How can I help you?" even in the night time when we cannot answer them (out of the programmed hours). Moreover it is not very easy to master at the beginning.

Really useful if you want to try a chat on your website with low budget. It is exactly what we needed to answer all the current and simple questions of our customers.

I’ve used tawk.to on several websites, it works great - even has an app for my iOS device. A must have for the budget conscious!

Sometimes the app doesn’t always sync up with my site but that’s a rarity.

**What do you like best about tawk.to?**

I am using the free plan and still able to customize it with my brand's colors and make it look like mine. It really is convenient.

**What do you dislike about tawk.to?**

They feel at times a bit clunky and hard to understand and I dont like the ringing sound.


**What problems is tawk.to solving and how is that benefiting you?**

showing the live chat available icon has been enough to sway some sales because they know it's easy to reach someone without making a phone call.
