I like that tawk.to is very easy to use and doesn't feel complicated. The real-time chat feature is really helpful for talking with website visitors, and it has a clean dashboard which makes managing chats easier. The real-time chat helps us connect with website visitors instantly, making support much faster. The dashboard also keeps all chats in one place, so it's easier for teams to manage conversations.
