Every task has a timer, every board has its own workflow columns, and reports break time down by person, client or tag - the kind of breakdown you can put on an invoice. What makes it different is who else is on the board. Customer conversations arrive as work: connect an inbox or Intercom and a support thread becomes a task, with the reply thread attached to it. AI agents are first-class users - Claude and ChatGPT connect over MCP and can triage, comment, move cards and log time alongside your team, using your own API tokens at no extra charge. Pricing meters on ownership rather than headcount. A licence is the right to own boards; working on someone else's is always free, however many you are invited to and whatever role you hold. Clients and contractors never need a paid seat to move a card, comment or raise a task. Key capabilities: custom workflow columns per board, a floating timer plus manual time entry, time and release reporting with export, email and Intercom conversation-to-task pipelines, MCP integrations for Claude and ChatGPT, Zapier, task comments with attachments, tags and priorities, and guest-friendly board sharing. ## Task Board Reviews ### 1. Emails can take a whole day to sift through and can become overwhelming when you need to communicate best times and places for meetings. Doodle allows me to manage appointments, update information fast to individuals, and connect with zoom. **What do you dislike about Task Board?** I have not found a feature I dislike about Doodle yet. Only that more people can create accounts to me streamlined. **What problems is Task Board solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have over 500 individuals we serve and use to do everything by email. This use to take a long time for responses, generation etc. Doodle helps streamline it and cuts down on time and stress. ### 2. Our online project management tool also includes a feedback system and client integration **What do you dislike about Task Board?** If you just needed a simple issues tracking logging system then it is easy to use. If you wanted to do any project management including time tracking, project scheduling or budgeting then this wouldn’t really be suitable **Recommendations to others considering Task Board:** Yes **What problems is Task Board solving and how is that benefiting you?** It’s easy to add a user, and then you can assign him or her to an individual issue. You can also set up notifications to ensure that you get updates when something changes. There different levels of notification set at project level: Notify managers on submit: An email will be sent to all project managers each time that an issue is submitted. Notify users on assignment: An email will be sent to a user when issues are assigned to that user. Notify watch list users on update: An email will be sent to all users watching an issue when that issue is updated.
