The call routing is another SPA that seems to cause a great deal of confusion. To set up call flows and extensions, it is necessary to wade through option upon option and codes upon codes. They are cost effective especially when a person acquires them and doesn’t have to pay monthly subscriptions like what is required for online PBX system.
