**What do you like best about Talentpilot?**

What I appreciate most about Talentpilot is its unique approach to assessing candidate competencies. In our case, we primarily used it as a tool for skills-based hiring. Talentpilot enabled us to move beyond resumes and focus more on candidates’ actual potential. The AI avatar, Alex, helped us efficiently screen a large number of candidates in a short period of time through competency-based interviews and personality assessments. As a result, we were able to identify and successfully hire candidates who would likely not have progressed to the next stage in a traditional resume-based selection process.

I also highly value the collaboration with the Talentpilot team. The company has a progressive mindset, responds quickly to feedback, and actively involves clients in the ongoing development of the product. I particularly appreciated their willingness to engage in user testing, during which we worked together to find ways to further improve the platform’s outputs and better align them with the needs of recruitment teams.

**What do you dislike about Talentpilot?**

Nothing – I absolutely love this platform.

**What problems is Talentpilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Case 1: High-volume recruitment

Talentpilot proved extremely valuable when we were hiring for a position that attracted a large number of applicants. We invited all candidates who met the basic qualification criteria to complete the Talentpilot assessment. Within a short period of time, they completed personality assessments and a competency-based interview with the AI avatar, Alex. The insights we received provided a clear and objective basis for deciding which candidates to invite to the next stage of the recruitment process. This significantly streamlined our screening efforts while helping us maintain a high quality of hire.

Case 2: Discovering potential in sales roles

For sales positions, we often receive applications from candidates whose resumes do not immediately match the ideal profile. However, we believe that many of these candidates have strong potential to succeed. Talentpilot enabled us to assess their competencies and focus on their actual capabilities rather than solely on their previous experience. As a result, we invited candidates to later stages of the hiring process whom we would likely have screened out based on their resumes alone. We ultimately hired several of them, and they went on to perform successfully in their roles.

**What do you like best about Talentpilot?**

For most of last year I was effectively running hiring for my own team on the side. Every AI interview software I trialled either felt like a thin wrapper around GPT.

Talentpilot gave me sourcing, AI resume screening, AI candidate screening, and voice-based interviews in one place. Alex, their AI voice interview agent, deserves all the hype. Candidates got interviewed within hours of applying, in their own language, and I woke up to ranked shortlists.

We also rediscovered two strong candidates from roles we'd closed six months earlier and both ended up in final rounds. Super nice, def recommending.

**What do you dislike about Talentpilot?**

I don't have anything i disliked, only thing (but that's industry-wide) is the no self-serve free version, but you request a trial, talk to them, and set everything up.

**What problems is Talentpilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recruitment automation without losing signal. Alex handled first-round screening across every applicant. The Time-to-shortlist on our last growth hire dropped from ~3 weeks to 4 days, and before posting externally we  check who we already have, which is something our old applicant tracking system couldn't do properly. Last thing would be the , multilingual hiring. since we hire across three European markets and Alex interviewing candidates in their native language has been a massive unlock for our non-English roles.

**What do you like best about Talentpilot?**

I use Talentpilot for prescreening candidates and testing their skills and cultural fit. It's easy to use and very intuitive, which makes the process smoother. I really like that candidates can choose the time for prescreening that suits them best, like after work, which saves time. The skills test helps us see things we might have otherwise missed. I appreciate the great language skills support, especially with Slovak language, and the overall quality of the tool. The customer service is great, and I find the design to be nice. The initial setup was very easy and smooth.

**What do you dislike about Talentpilot?**

Maybe if we could also suggest some questions for the skills test or manually include / not include.

**What do you like best about Talentpilot?**

I love this product and its interface. It makes interacting with the AI incredibly fast and completely intuitive from the very first use.  

The deeper you go, the more powerful it becomes- you keep uncovering new, genuinely useful use cases you didn’t even know you needed. It saves a huge amount of time.  

On top of that, their customer support is outstanding: fast, helpful, and truly responsive.

**What do you dislike about Talentpilot?**

At first, it took me a while to grasp the core concepts, but you get used to them quickly - after that, it’s all amazing.
