I love that with Takkada, my salesmen can now book orders directly from their phone while they are in the market, which saves significant time as they no longer have to return to the office for manual entry. The invoices are sent automatically to the customer via WhatsApp when posted, removing the need to do this manually. Payments made by UPI update in our system automatically, keeping our books current without extra work. I appreciate that I can see my total receivable and payable right from my phone, without needing assistance from anyone in the office. I find it great that we were able to integrate Takkada without having to abandon our existing system, and because our customers already use WhatsApp, no additional training or app installation was needed for them. Basically, I think the setup took a little bit of time and one screen was confusing in the beginning. Also, some report where I wanted is missing or the language that I needed wasn't in everything. But these are all small issues, like, not that much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
