**What do you like best about Tagado?**

Tagado has made the review of customer feedback easy. In the past we had to develop out a very manual process to get value from our customer verbatim data, now it is a simple process that has allowed to get a much clearer view on our customers and where to focus, meaning we can better support their needs,

**What do you dislike about Tagado?**

The downsides, are we have more work to do! Now that we can see more clearly the customer feedback, we have more work to develop a more excitement engagement, that alway delights

**What problems is Tagado solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tagado has helped us bring together our customer feedback channels. So instead of them living in multiple silos, it now all comes together, giving us the opportunity for the first time to see the topics and areas that our customers and sharing in one place. The other crucial element is it really allows us to develop actions, for too long customer data has lived as just a report, now with much more clarity on what the customer is saying, and the sentiment, it allows us to pull together, understand the topics and develop commercial, marketing, and operational programs that have real business impact
