**What do you like best about TacticSource?**

TacticSource is its ability to provide and implement online reverse auctions. It simplifies the supplier management process and may result to more frequent sourcing cycles as well as better cost control.

**What do you dislike about TacticSource?**

TacticSource is that it does not allow modifications in strategy feature. It does not allow us a lot of flexibility as far as auctions are concerned and thus we cannot get the best negotiation results.

**What problems is TacticSource solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TacticSource contains a reasonable online reverse auction tool. It has the ability to shorten sourcing cycles, as well as create opportunities for cost reduction. The inability to tailor the solution to meet the specific nature of our strategic sourcing objectives is a major limitation.

The provide tailored solutions that address specific needs and goals rather than one size fits all approaches it helps organizations streamline their operations and improve efficinecy is often a core part of their value

**What do you dislike about TacticSource?**

Relying heavily on external consultants can sometimes create a dependency which might be a concern for organizations looking to build internal capabilities
