&lt;p&gt;The real test is whether the CMS centralizes content governance as the site count grows, not just whether it technically supports multiple locales. I’d compare shared content models, translation workflows, permissions, and how easily teams can update one piece of content across markets without creating duplicate versions to maintain.&lt;/p&gt;
