This really helps me when I am dealing with many different clients and projects. It lets me visually see all the tasks that I need to do and delegate to my team. They are also very easy to use and have the ability to digest large amount of data and images. **What do you dislike about TACTIC | Open Source?** Nothing, I think the tool is great and their customer support even better! **What problems is TACTIC | Open Source solving and how is that benefiting you?** The benefits to using a workflow tool is that I am able to not only visualize the project but also keep up with it and delegate it to my team.
