Previously only analysts could extract insights from customer data, and it took days if not weeks, due to overload; now, everyone in marketing and operations can use predefined templates and analyze data from multiple sources in a matter of minutes. What's even better, thanks to chat GPT integration, we can structure and standardise unstructured data. Extracting customer data, sentiment analysis and even SEO content pipeline became highly efficient.
Worth to mention it supports Excel and other file types with which we always had problems with our BI tool. And it works on demand, mitigating risks for data leaks and helping to be GDPR compliant, of course, unless ChatGPT functionality is used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
