The whole application was easy to use and navigate. My customer journey, coupled with great customer service, made the whole experience pleasant. **What do you dislike about symplr Directory?** The only thing which I found a bit problematic was that the information on the directory was not updated. However, I do believe it does not ruin the overall experience and the problem can be ironed out with minor updates. The mobile application could also be improved. **What problems is symplr Directory solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cataloging, organizing, and retrieving data, when unmanaged, is cumbersome and often futile. Having a dedicated data management platform allows me to pass these hurdles with ease. ### 2. Charlie, Brent, and Amber are all very helpful and respond so quickly. I have emailed and called the line multiple times and my issues are always resolved. They all work very hard to assist and it is just wonderful **What do you dislike about symplr Directory?** Only complaint would be when i send an ticket in via email is changed the subject title and it is difficult to redirect and go back to the original forwarded email. **What problems is symplr Directory solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have been assisted with so many things, appraisal schedules, password resets, understanding how to route and do manager overrides. It has been incredibly beneficial for our team to have this access ability ### 4.
