**What do you like best about Symphony3?**

Symphony3 has a robust deck of customer-focused solutions.  As we all know, the overall experience of our customers is paramount, and finding a service that truly empowers the end-user is refreshing.

**What do you dislike about Symphony3?**

I have not been able to explore all areas and services within the Symphony3 suite yet; however, having a solid CRM, one with an easy-to-use User Interface for Customer Service Agents is a must.  We want our agents to feel connected to our CRM solution.

**What problems is Symphony3 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A customer-facing portal is a necessary cog for our overall success.  The portal needs to have the ability to store customer-facing knowledge, support a chat environment, and track external tickets.

The use of the platform is simple and effective. The integration is very straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Symphony3?**

They only have the English language available, making it difficult for people who have another native language to use it.

**What problems is Symphony3 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the platform, I was able to venture into digital strategies to offer a better experience to our customers.
