**What do you like best about SWOT?**

OKRs help the organisation to regularly check their progres. Like some companies set their OKRs on quaterly basis. So therefore, each quater they check wheter they have reached their marks or not.

**What do you dislike about SWOT?**

OKRs make organitsation rigid. There maybe lack of ideas if OKRs are too strict.

**What problems is SWOT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dealing with slow progress of company.
