## Swiftlane Reviews
  ### 1. Easy Guest Access with Flexible PIN Codes

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna S. | Tenant of apartment, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Swiftlane?**

Swiftlane makes it easy for friends to come visit at my apartment without me having to come down every time I need to let someone in. People are either able to call me at the call box, or enter a pin that I provide. I also like that you can make various pins, restricted by who can use them and when they can be used. This is useful when we want to give delivery drivers a one-time code or when I won’t be able to answer a call to let someone in.

**What do you dislike about Swiftlane?**

The main problem I have had with Swiftlane is that the call box at the building has occasionally had issues, either by not loading anything or showing only the logo. This issue has come up probably about once to twice a month and persisted for anywhere from a few hours to a few days at a time. It’s annoying since it makes me have to go back out and reenter using a different door, but thankfully we have a few other modes of entry into the building.
I also don’t love that I’m forced to enroll in facial recognition software but I didn’t have any choice.

**What problems is Swiftlane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Swiftlane did solve the issue of unreliable remote door access in my apartment building. Out of all of my friends’ apartments across Cleveland, our Swiftlane doorbell and pin system has been the most reliably functional.

  ### 2. Swiftlane Facial Recognition Unlock Works Great—even with a Mask

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe Y. | Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) student, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Swiftlane?**

My favorite feature of Swiftlane is the facial recognition unlock system. It works remarkably well during tree pollen season, accurately identifying me even when I am wearing a KN95 mask to manage my severe allergies.

**What do you dislike about Swiftlane?**

At certain times of day, reflected light shines directly into the Swiftlane camera. This glare creates a bright spot in the camera's Field of View (FOV), making it difficult for the system to see my face clearly. If my face overlaps with this overexposed area, the facial recognition function fails to trigger.

**What problems is Swiftlane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) student working in Manhattan, I frequently make purchases online from retailers like Amazon and Walmart. These items are often shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express (FedEx). Since I am usually away from my apartment during the day, I cannot be there to open the door and accept packages. Swiftlane allows me to create a unique Personal Identification Number (PIN) for each delivery company, enabling them to enter the building and leave my deliveries safely at my door. This solves the problem of package theft and ensures I receive my items even during working hours.

  ### 3. Great Intercom and Security System

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan F. | Account Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Swiftlane?**

I really like how Swiftlane helps me easily access my building using facial recognition or a code. It's also great that it allows my friends or delivery packages to enter the building with one-time codes. This feature is particularly appreciated as it means I don't have to go down to let people in, and my packages can be securely brought to my door instead of being left outside. Setting up my individual profile was super easy too.

**What do you dislike about Swiftlane?**

Sometimes it just goes offline unexpectedly, which might be my apartment issue instead of the service itself, but that can be frustrating. And then sometimes the visual recognition takes a while or doesn't work.

**What problems is Swiftlane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Swiftlane to easily access my building with facial recognition or code. It allows my friends and package deliveries to access the building securely with one-time codes, so I don't need to let people in, ensuring packages are safely delivered.

  ### 4. Effortless Building Access

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allison Y. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Swiftlane?**

I find it really easy to get in and out of the building with Swiftlane since I can just have it scan my face, and I don't have to worry about bringing keys. It's also super convenient for handling deliveries; when there's a DoorDash or a package coming, they can just look me up, and I can buzz them in. I love that it makes it so easy to get people into the building by either looking them looking me up or providing them with one-time or reusable codes. I can handle everything from my phone without needing to go downstairs to let people in, and setting up Swiftlane was a breeze. I just needed the building code, and I was instantly able to use it to unlock the building.

**What do you dislike about Swiftlane?**

Sometimes the facial recognition doesn't work, or the entry panel won't work, but that's very infrequent.

**What problems is Swiftlane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Swiftlane makes it easy to access my building with facial recognition, so I don't need keys. I can control entry from my phone and buzz in deliveries or guests without going downstairs.

  ### 5. Innovative Access Solution with Reliable Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamecion G. | Special Education Paraeducator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Swiftlane?**

I love how innovative and fit for the modern day Swiftlane is; it's pretty painless to set up and use in my day-to-day life. It works well for everyone, including my senior neighbors who use the code access option. One of my favorite features is the PIN codes, which allow me to set different codes for different services like DoorDash or Amazon, helping me track entries. I also appreciate the one-time codes for visitors. The Face ID feature is a lifesaver when my hands are full or I can't get to my phone or keys quickly. Using Swiftlane with Siri to enter my building is another convenience I enjoy. Overall, Swiftlane's reliability, combined with the ease of setup using the app and instructions, makes it a standout product.

**What do you dislike about Swiftlane?**

Sometimes the panel isn't active, but I can usually wait for it to refresh, which takes about a minute or so. We still have a key fob for backup access just in case.

**What problems is Swiftlane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Swiftlane simplifies package and delivery access with PIN codes, offers Face ID entry for convenience, and accommodates all users with options like voice access and temporary codes. It replaces physical fobs, making entry modern and reliable.

  ### 6. Modern, Seamless Access Control with Swiftlane—and Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isabella M. | Leasing agent, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Swiftlane?**

Swiftlane has been a great addition to our community. It's been easy to introduce to our residents. The system is modern, easy to use, and provides an added layer of security that both staff and residents appreciate. Guest access is smooth, the interface is intuitive, and the overall experience feels seamless and professional. Their support team has also been responsive and helpful whenever questions come up. Highly recommend Swiftlane for any property looking to improve access control and security.

**What do you dislike about Swiftlane?**

One feature we would love to see implemented in the future is a 24-hour surveillance or monitoring option available to staff. This would serve as an added precautionary measure and further enhance safety and accountability within the system.

**What problems is Swiftlane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Swiftlane solves access control and security challenges by providing a modern, keyless entry system that is easy to manage and reliable. It reduces the need for physical keys and fobs, simplifies guest access, and gives our team better visibility and control over who enters the property. This has improved overall security, streamlined daily operations, and created a smoother experience for both staff and residents.

  ### 7. Effortless Security, Great User Experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danielle O. | Shift Supervisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Swiftlane?**

I love that Swiftlane calls my phone, allowing both my husband and me to have access. It's a keyless system that makes things so much easier with kids. I really appreciate that I can see who is calling first, it makes me feel safer to know whether it's a delivery driver or a family member buzzing. The setup was incredibly easy, taking like 5 minutes, and it has worked like a charm since then.

**What do you dislike about Swiftlane?**

Sometimes it takes a long time to recognize and buzz us in. It also doesn't work if the temperature is below 0.

**What problems is Swiftlane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love that Swiftlane is keyless, calls my phone for apartment access, and is easy to use. It lets my husband and me both have access, and I appreciate seeing who is buzzing, which makes me feel safer.

  ### 8. Effortless Access with Swiftlane

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allison M. | Consultant (Data Engineer and Analyst), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Swiftlane?**

I find the Swiftlane app very easy to use and navigate, and the door opening features work well. I like how recently unlocked doors pop to the top of the page, so I don't have to scroll, which makes it convenient, especially with my busy schedule. The initial setup was very fast and easy.

**What do you dislike about Swiftlane?**

Sometimes the digital pin pads reboot when I'm trying to enter and I need to wait a while, but I'm unsure if that's Swiftlane or just the hardware component.

**What problems is Swiftlane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Swiftlane very easy to use and navigate, with door-opening features that work well. The convenience of having recently unlocked doors pop to the top helps with my busy schedule.

  ### 9. Easy to Use, Reliable, and Flexible Door Unlock Options

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Writing and Editing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Swiftlane?**

It is easy to use and has worked well; it is very useful to be able to unlock the door to receive deliveries when I am not in the building; it is convenient if I need to allow access to more than one person via PIN; and it is nice to have multiple options to unlock doors. I also genuinely appreciated the prompt, courteous, clear customer support I received when I emailed with questions.

**What do you dislike about Swiftlane?**

It would be nice if more of the premium features were integrated into the basic package, specifically, face recognition to unlock the front door.

**What problems is Swiftlane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Please be aware that I am one of the condominium owners, not a member of the decision-making Board or management company who decides what to use. Therefore I can only speak as a user of the service, not as a problem-solver or decision-maker. The most useful feature, for me, is the ability to unlock the front door remotely from my phone when I am not on the premises. As for the other features, previously, I did not find using a key to open the front door to be problematic, or have other issues with the traditional set-up, but as I mentioned above, the additional abilities are very nice. But the ability to unlock the elevator from one's phone would, or will, be much more important to me.

Swiftlane has not yet implemented automatic elevator unlocking in my building. Once that is in place, if it works the way I believe it does (i.e., gives users the ability to unlock the elevator from a mobile phone, allowing the elevator to stop at the user's floor without the user having to go out to the hall to unlock the elevator with a physical key, or go downstairs to escort the visitor up). I imagine that I would indeed find that a very useful feature. I don't yet know how it works -- for instance, both elevators would need to unlock because there is no way of knowing which elevator the visitor will get into -- but I look forward to seeing it in process.

  ### 10. Swiftlane: Effortless Access Control

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kathleen N. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Swiftlane?**

I really like how Swiftlane lets me get into my apartment easily and allows me to let guests and deliveries in without hassle. It’s great that I can let packages in when I'm not home, which makes them less likely to be stolen. The Face ID feature works well and provides a more hands-free experience. Also, the initial setup was easy!

**What do you dislike about Swiftlane?**

I really don't have complaints.

**What problems is Swiftlane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Swiftlane lets me easily allow guest and delivery entry, reduces package theft risk by granting access when I'm not home, and Face ID provides a hands-free experience.

  ### 11. Seamless Security Upgrade with Swiftlane

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cagatay B. | Sr. Product Manager

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Swiftlane?**

I really appreciate Swiftlane for providing next-generation technology that makes entering our building quick and secure. It gives us peace of mind because we know exactly who can enter and who cannot. The biometric system ensures that only registered faces of tenants or landlords can enter, which significantly enhances our security. I like being able to see and decide in real-time if a friend or delivery person should be allowed access. Their support team is excellent, resolving issues even during extreme weather, and they offer offline access during citywide internet outages. I also appreciate that Swiftlane still allows us to use physical keys for access. The installation was super easy and seamless, taking probably an hour or two. Overall, we've had an amazing experience with Swiftlane so far.

**What do you dislike about Swiftlane?**

There's been this one time where their device stopped working because it was extremely cold temperatures that we had in New York City. We're talking about, like, say, negative 10, negative 15 degrees Fahrenheit. But even then, we were able to get into the building with no issues thanks to Swiftlane support team's quick support. There is really nothing I can say negative about Swiftlane.

**What problems is Swiftlane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Swiftlane for secure and easy access to our building with its biometric system, avoiding PIN code issues. It gives us peace of mind by controlling and monitoring building access, preventing unauthorized entry and package theft. They also have great advanced features such as creation of one-time codes to share with friends, nannies, courier services.

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Swiftlane?**

I love Swiftlane's interface, facial recognition, and the ease of administration for all users. Tracking who has access and who is coming and going is a breeze. Arriving at the door with my hands full and having facial recognition unlock the door is a major plus. Giving guests temporary or permanent access pins is super simple, and I can turn them off at any time. The integration with our Yale lock and the Swiftlane app makes the process seamless and wonderful. The setup was super simple, they did everything and trained us in just 5 minutes.

**What do you dislike about Swiftlane?**
