Also, resetting your password takes way too long and sometimes the temporary passwords they give you do not work for a while. Also, only some of my staff have access as they need a work email (not everyone needs a work email) to have a log in. **What problems is SwervePay Health solving and how is that benefiting you?** Making it easy for patients to pay their bills! ### 2. There is no account set up required for the customer and there is no app to download, this is the key to our success, as soon as we send the link they thing they have to sign up but once we tell them they do not payment is made very quickly **What do you dislike about SwervePay Health?** That the customer cannot change the amount they want to pay, sometimes we send a link for 200 for example but the patient wants to pay 50 on one card and 150 on another, in order to do this they have to request 2 links. Also, there should be a better way to keep track of expired links, possibly we get notified and prompted to resent the expired link. **Recommendations to others considering SwervePay Health:** It is a must have! If you use a texting solution for patient communication you need swerve as your primary source of payment collection.
