I love that Kipu is simple and to the point. It’s easy to know where to find forms, and you can set up your KIPU instance exactly the way you want. I also like that you can create new forms as needed, or adjust existing ones so they better fit your role or your company’s needs. Kipu is easy to use and widely used in the recovery field which really makes it easy when switching employers. Being familiar with Kipu makes it easy to focus on other aspects of learning a new workplace or position. Kipu is very strait forward and easy to navigate. I dont like the Dailey reminder for some conference or something. It appears every day when I sign in and it only allows me to choose "remind me tomorrow" and really I want it to stop trying to remind me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Kipu on everyday basis to create profile for clients, submit medical notes, therapy notes, and run reports. Review census and many more tasks including billing. I like that all forms are organized under appropriate tabs, it makes getting around my workload very convenient, leaving more time for more work! Even when finding a new sheet to populate, I can guess which tab it's under just based on its category. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like having the entire client chart in one place, along with progress notes and other documentation. It makes it easy to quickly see what’s going on with a client and to write case-management notes faster. I don't really think there's anything specific. I actually haven't come across any issues. Every once in a while, I know that Kipu may be down for some maintenance work, but it's never an issue. That's the only time I've experienced trying to log in and been unable to because the site is under maintenance, but that's never a long period of time. It usually happens fairly quickly. It’s very easy to navigate and to create progress notes. I’ve used another system before, and it was horrible—very crowded, with too many options that overlapped and intersected in different places. Kipu makes my job performance easier; adding ROI’s is simple and time-efficient. I rarely have to call support with questions because most of KIPU is very user-friendly, and the overall system is straightforward to use. When I do need help, support is efficient. There’s really no need for AI/intelligence at all when using KIPU. I also haven’t needed to integrate any other tools besides KIPU compliance, but it would be very simple to do if it ever became necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main thing I dislike about KIPU is that you can’t delete forms once they’ve been added. For example, if a staff member adds a form by accident, there doesn’t seem to be a way to remove it afterward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
