I love that SUSE AI is open-source, providing a user-friendly interface similar to Rancher, which makes managing multi-cluster AI with integrated RBAC less complex. The support for using Edge AI is truly remarkable, enhancing how I handle AI workloads in enterprise applications. The security features, particularly the integration of NeuVector, present a robust security front that I strongly admire; this combination significantly boosts productivity. The fusion of Rancher and NeuVector is a productive powerhouse, facilitating seamless AI operations by allowing me to concentrate on AI tasks without the hassles of cluster management. NeuVector secures workloads by offering AI support for real-time container management, effectively preventing unauthorized access. Moreover, Rancher simplifies operations by making deployments easier, while NeuVector strengthens network security. The setup process is supported by excellent and comprehensive community documentation, which makes the initial setup, although tedious, significantly more manageable. I also appreciate the flexibility to integrate SUSE AI with other tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Kafka, which are vital for observing metrics and handling real-time streams, respectively. I find the SUSE AI setup process, supported by an excellent and comprehensive community documentation that makes installation straightforward, very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find that SUSE AI lacks support for in-built model training and integration of vector databases, which is crucial in the current landscape dominated by large language models (LLMs). The requirement for manual integration of tools like Kubeflow and MLflow makes model training cumbersome. There is a need for GPU-enabled notebooks with Rancher's role-based access control (RBAC) to streamline training processes. Additionally, I find the initial setup of SUSE AI to be tiresome, despite the helpful community documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
