People use phone now and I believe they should bring in phone usage **Recommendations to others considering SurveyTool:** It's easy to use, it has a good business model and very cost-effective. I would recommend this to anyone considering it. **What problems is SurveyTool solving and how is that benefiting you?** I work in the retail Industry. So I create surveys for market research for new products. Can be used for organization voting as well. ### 2. I think it's good.I must also note that the response service is fast although it is expensive, its analytics are seen immediately, it is good to highlight it.
