People use phone now and I believe they should bring in phone usage **Recommendations to others considering SurveyTool:** It's easy to use, it has a good business model and very cost-effective. I would recommend this to anyone considering it. **What problems is SurveyTool solving and how is that benefiting you?** I work in the retail Industry. So I create surveys for market research for new products. Can be used for organization voting as well. ### 2. This reviewer was offered a nominal gift card as thank you for completing this review. **Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2019 **What do you like best about SurveyTool?** Its main attribute is based on the complete availability for all types of activity that is required on the web, being an easily registered and free page makes it a fully accessible and effective option and has two types of membership 1 prize And the other analytics that only serves 100 people. **What do you dislike about SurveyTool?** Among its cons, its high costs stand out even though we are forced to have two memberships to be able to receive a single service, existing pages with better offers already on the market. At another point the use of their Premium tools are somewhat obsolete, being similar to the basic ones without these making a lot of difference between their memberships. at the same time, although the analytical responses are efficient and fast, its truthfulness cannot be verified with certainty. **Recommendations to others considering SurveyTool:** I would recommend new users to verify Membership costs before making the elections, however they can contact their technical support to guide them in their purchase. The page also has a refund system if they want to withdraw from the page services **What problems is SurveyTool solving and how is that benefiting you?** My experience with the technical support to favorable result, I have expressed my doubts about the details and differences of your memberships and kindly receive your response in a 24-hour period which leads me to have good references about the technical support of the system. Although it does not have an online system, it has a fairly effective email. ### 3. I think it's good.I must also note that the response service is fast although it is expensive, its analytics are seen immediately, it is good to highlight it. And finally speaking with support they can offer you a refund system if you wish. **What do you dislike about SurveyTool?** Among its disadvantages we can find several, for example a very outdated page, as well as its tools both basic and premium, in my opinion its cost is high for what it offers, surveys are easy to create and but still being premium They are very simple.
