We've tried a couple of other competitor products and they're not only less user-friendly, but we don't see the same level of success. Just in the last week we jumped straight onto the first page of SERPs with 5 new articles that we optimised with Surfer. The audit function that Surfer offer is also extremely helpful for grading old content and gaining ideas for how to improve it. **What do you dislike about Surfer?** I don't like the keyword research functionality and the way that it creates topic clusters that can't be modified. We use it, but in conjunction with an external keyword research tool and never create the content editors directly from the topic clusters. **What problems is Surfer solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us to plan, write and optimise new articles to give us the best chances of success with ranking on the first page of SERPs.
