I was ready to hire a firm but then saw their fees. I called up SurePayroll, and spoke with Dylan Platt. He was very helpful throughout the process. The application setup was quite simple and not as difficult as I feared. Dylan was friendly and patient, not just with Surepayroll questions but with questions on my State taxes. Heidi Vassak, Account Executive and Saundra Newson, Implementation Specialist, set up and implemented my new account. We had to transfer data from a previous (terrible) payroll company that I had been going through. We also were under a deadline for the first payroll with SurePayroll. Heidi and Saundra went above and beyond excellent customer service to exceptional service to complete this! Heidi was very easy to reach and called back promptly if I had to leave a voicemail. She received my revised data very late on a Tuesday EVENING and sent the data immediately to Saundra, who input it directly the next morning. By 9 a.m. that morning, I was able to run my first payroll. The data was correct, and the SurePayroll system was straightforward and user-friendly. Heidi was available for any questions or issues during the Payroll Run. I wish I had contacted SurePayroll two years ago rather than OnPay Payroll.
