How hard would it be to add a timecard app that also includes the ability to track sick time? Those are the most difficult things I deal with.
I use a separate timecard app, and have to go back and forth to transfer the information manually. That's a pain, but I only have nine employees, so it's doable, but I grumble every two weeks when I have to do it.
How can I get customer support to adjust the initial payroll entries and to read my reports?
The first 2 payrolls, because they were done late, needed a work-around in order to come up with the correct direct deposit to employees. Can you extend the timeout amount before it logs the user out?
I am logged into SurePayroll inputting my data and if I have to check on something away from my desk or deal with a phone call and come back to the computer, I am usually signed out.
