What do you like best about SurePayroll?

It definitely runs payroll. It can certainly do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurePayroll?

What do you like best about SurePayroll?

Very user-friendly! It is easy to access everything that you need quickly and the reports are very helpful. Processing payroll is a breeze and changes are easy to make. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurePayroll?

The integration with the timecard system is not great. I constantly have to fix errors when importing. The timecard system is terrible to begin with. It is very hard to make any changes to settings and such. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurePayroll?

Since April, and numerous telephone discussions and emails, they have not been able to correct an employee problem, who had Sureroll somehow have 2 W-2's set up for 2022. This even after I was given the assurance that we would be put on top of the problem list. We have been using them for several years and now we are very close to changing payroll service provider because of this most annoying problem. And we face a possible penalty from the IRS. What do you like best about SurePayroll?

SurePayroll is SOOO easy to use! Set up was a breeze! Customer service was there for any questions. Reminders (which you need when you are crazy busy) help make sure I don't miss payroll dates. The price for the service is awesome, better than any other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Actually, I do not have any dislikes so far. Once I figured out where to look for various reports it was a breeze Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SurePayroll solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am the treasurer of a very small church. We have used QuickBooks for years and had been using their payroll programs. For several years we had no W-2 employees and dropped the payroll portion. Now that we needed to put a new minister on as a W-2 employee it was going to be expensive for the payroll program, plus extra for direct deposit. What do you like best about SurePayroll?

SurePayroll is the best payroll company in my book. They always are honest, and reachable, they know how to calculate all payroll fees and taxes in advance, which saved our company thousands of dollars from others this year. I am very satisfied with my experience. and will continue on with SurePayroll as a loyal customer for years to come should all continue in the favor of our company. What do you dislike about SurePayroll?

The least helpful thing about SurePayroll would be the time clock. I really wish timekeeping was included in the plan; not every employee is exempt. Thus a timeclock would have saved us more time and resources. I do, though understand that SurePayroll has offered us the best price and also has plans which will allow us to upgrade in the future.
