"Supplypro is very handy, but has some glitches"

What do you like best?

The organization, and the time they take to explain exactly how to use their site for your company.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes builders do not transfer data properly and it can be very hard to figure out what happened if it is stuck in buildpro versus supplypro

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Account Receivable, mostly review checks and when they were sent out. Sometimes data there can be lacking as well without full details on lot or job address and only an amount placed but this could be a builder problem not supplypros problem
