sungard assisted with implementing the secondary Firewall in our enviroment

**What do you like best about Sungard Security Services?**

Sungard has an email notification service that emails us if something is down or something is due to go down or if an action is required very helpful for monitoring purposes

**What do you dislike about Sungard Security Services?**

Sungard emailing service can sometimes clog up our inboxes and sometimes gets flagged as spam due to the sheer amount of emails 

**What problems is Sungard Security Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it enables us to have a safe and secure firewall along with notifications in regards to anything from maintenance, service disruption or UPS battery replacements
