I love the features and menus of SunFish by DataOn that are useful and easy to use, suitable for users from boomer generation to Gen Z. The attendance, business trip, and leave application features until approved by the direct manager are very helpful for our employees, who number more than 800. Assigning candidates as employees and creating letters or contracts for prospective employees is also easy, and the process is faster. The initial process is quite easy if the service team provides a good explanation. I recommend it for companies with more than 100 employees because the attendance process is easy. My favorite feature in SunFish by DataOn is Claim Request. I can easily submit claim requests without sending physical receipts to the finance team; everything can be done through the system. I also find the Employee Directory useful for finding people in my office and checking whether they’re present, not yet present, or absent, along with details like their email, mobile number, seating location, join date, and direct supervisor. sunfish by DataOn can transfrom, change, adjust by any company based on their needs. so it's suitable for any company.

the UI (since Sunfish 7) are much more user friendly and easy to navigate which they provide Android & ios phone apps as well thus easy to manage by all employee

I love the SunFish software by DataOn itself and its very helpful support team. The feature or model I use most often is the employee directory. With this feature, I can find the employee or department I want to visit or contact without having to ask others. Just through the app, I can find the person. I think there are many things that can be improved in SunFish by DataOn, such as its mobile version which may have many issues when we want to clock in or out, especially during entry or exit times. Sometimes it takes a long time to load. I don’t really know why, but it can be frustrating. Also, in my calendar it shows things like “early in,” “head office,” etc., and it just feels unclear.
