Because our system has a lot of customization, we sometimes encounter bugs and issues. When we raise a ticket, the DataOn support team occasionally does not respond to our chat, yet the ticket status on the SunFish website is marked as "responded." At times, we don’t get any response, not even a simple “Okay ma’am, we’ll check it,” even though the ticket status shows responded. This doesn’t happen all the time, but it has occurred several times.
