ChatGenius Reviews & Product Details

ChatGenius is a DM automation platform for Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram and SMS, built for creators, coaches, salons, local service businesses and small teams that get more DMs and comments than they can answer by hand. It is a ManyChat alternative that starts free, adds an AI that actually answers questions, and books appointments inside the conversation. Comment-to-DM automation. Pick a post or Reel, set a keyword, and everyone who comments gets a DM with your link, offer or lead magnet within seconds. Public comment replies can be automated too, and a Rewind tool goes back over older posts to catch the comments you missed while the trigger was off. AI replies trained on your business. Upload your FAQs, services and documents and the AI answers from them, in 28 languages with automatic detection. It reads voice notes and images, captures leads, and hands the conversation to a human with a short summary when it gets stuck. Copilot mode drafts every reply for you to approve before it sends, and knowledge gap detection shows you the questions it could not answer so you can fill them in. Flow builder. A visual drag-and-drop editor for keyword, comment and story-reply triggers, with conditions, delays, tags, AI steps and HTTP requests to your own systems. Appointment booking in the chat. The AI checks availability and books directly in the DM, with Google Calendar and GoHighLevel integrations, so a customer never leaves Instagram to get on your calendar. One inbox for every channel. Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram and SMS in a single shared inbox with conversation assignment, tags, saved replies, CSAT surveys and full contact profiles for your team. Content Studio. Schedule and publish posts, Reels and Stories to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok from one calendar, with AI caption help and a media library. Market Intel. Track competitor Instagram accounts side by side, with follower history, top posts, audience demographics and a leaderboard, plus AI-picked wins and opportunities for your own account. MCP server, REST API and webhooks. Connect your account to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any MCP client and manage it in plain language: read and reply to conversations, build and publish flows, create comment triggers, tag contacts, book appointments and schedule posts. A REST API and outbound webhooks for new messages, new leads, handled comments and booked appointments plug ChatGenius into your CRM or your own backend.
