What do you like best about Suggestion Ox?

SuggestionOx has been a valuable tool for our company during a transition period, when people had a lot of questions but weren’t necessarily willing to ask them openly. It gave employees an anonymous way to raise the hard questions, and it gave me and other executives a clear place to respond. Just as importantly, it let us share those questions and answers with the broader organization, because if one person is wondering something, chances are several others are, too. What do you dislike about Suggestion Ox?

I haven’t encountered any downsides so far. Everything I’ve wanted to do has had a way to get it done, although in some cases it did require a price increase to unlock certain features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Suggestion Ox?
