SuggestionOx has been a valuable tool for our company during a transition period, when people had a lot of questions but weren’t necessarily willing to ask them openly. It gave employees an anonymous way to raise the hard questions, and it gave me and other executives a clear place to respond. Just as importantly, it let us share those questions and answers with the broader organization, because if one person is wondering something, chances are several others are, too. Overall, the concept is strong, the UX is straightforward, and the value easily goes beyond the price tag.

It allows us to provide feedback loops for our employees with assurance of 100% anonymity. It's really helpful to have a separate link and separate Box Managers for each box we have. Additionally, the reassignment feature is so helpful!
