SuccessCOACHING exceeded my expectations. As someone transitioning into Customer Success, I found their Level 1 course to be comprehensive, engaging, and incredibly relevant to real-world SaaS environments. The program is thoughtfully structured, with clear frameworks and practical tools that build confidence from day one. The instructors are industry veterans who explain concepts in a way that’s easy to understand, even for those new to the field. What do you like best about SuccessCOACHING?

I liked that the overall course was spread into hour-long lessons. I liked that each lesson had an agenda, and that each lesson had workbooks and overviews that we could download and takeaway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SuccessCOACHING?

SuccessCOACHING's modules are not very exciting. Some of the lessons are a little outdated, and better suited for an in-person office environment which isn't as typical now in a post-COVID world. I'd recommend supplementing the SuccessCOACHING lessons with team discussions. Sometimes I got more value from the conversations after the lesson, because the lesson was a good conversation-starter to something more relevant and timely to my business specifically. What problems is SuccessCOACHING solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used SuccessCOACHING's online trainings to upskill our younger customer success team. My team, me included, have served our clients for years but without any formal model to operate under. The modules from SuccessCOACHING helped us reinforce or formalize certains things we were already doing, while also introducing new concepts that help us have better discipline as a business.
