What do you like best about SuccessCOACHING?

What do you dislike about SuccessCOACHING?

SuccessCOACHING's modules are not very exciting. Some of the lessons are a little outdated, and better suited for an in-person office environment which isn't as typical now in a post-COVID world. I'd recommend supplementing the SuccessCOACHING lessons with team discussions. Sometimes I got more value from the conversations after the lesson, because the lesson was a good conversation-starter to something more relevant and timely to my business specifically. We used SuccessCOACHING's online trainings to upskill our younger customer success team. My team, me included, have served our clients for years but without any formal model to operate under.
