I use SuccessCOACHING to sharpen my CSM skills and to improve and upskill my enterprise CSM team. It's great for creating a common framework and a common language around customer success. I love how SuccessCOACHING is easy to use, affordable, and flexible. The assessments and certifications are particularly valuable as they offer personal value to my team, allowing them to carry forward these certifications if they move on to other roles. I appreciate the tools like the success plan template, which are easily adaptable to our environment. Practitioners teach the classes and bring real-world experience to each lesson, making the learning process both engaging and credible. I appreciate that there are different levels of certification. It's the type of service that you can grow with, and our team is now level one certified and pursuing level two certification. There are specific modules for specific areas of the CSM role, providing multiple growth opportunities with SuccessCOACHING. Overall, I find the training to be excellent. Ironically, they don't really have very good support. I don't know if we even have a CSM or an account manager. It's actually a little bit of work to just figure out how we can add more people to our account or to know who to contact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
