**What do you like best about StudAI Genie?**

It talks to the leads and saves the data in the backend. I really like doing it this way, and it makes the process feel straightforward.

**What do you dislike about StudAI Genie?**

The UI is a bit better now, but it’s still too dark. And company need to work on this

**What problems is StudAI Genie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I said, it talk behalf of us whenever the client coming to review the website. They have clarity by talking to client and explain the product instead of rough reading. So I really like this product. And also they have connect human agent if the leads want.
