The user-facing functionality is good. Managing locations, and the import management provided through the Power add-on, all work well. The administrative settings that the plugin provides, and the ability to customize the appearance of the plugin through the "plugin styles" that are available to choose through the admin or the ability to create your own plugin style if you have a developer, have also suited us well. Most of the add-ons are on the expensive side, and the way things are organized with regard to the add-ons and the add-on store is a little bit confusing. Also, the plugin's administrative user interface is perfectly adequate, but it is rather jarring compared to the normal WordPress administration styles.
