They contacted us within about 15-20 minutes and helped me get a new one created and the website back up. They are always very helpful and respond well. **What do you dislike about StorageLink?** No complaints **What problems is StorageLink solving and how is that benefiting you?** StorageLink quickly resolved an issue with our SFTP website going down by getting us a new secret and restoring the site efficiently.
