## About StoneRise
StoneRise is construction management software built by qualified quantity surveyors, designed around the commercial function, because that's where construction businesses make or lose margin. Most contractors run their commercial function on spreadsheets, email chains, and institutional memory. StoneRise replaces that with a single connected system that gives commercial teams complete visibility and control, from contract setup through to final account. The commercial module manages the full project commercial lifecycle. On the upstream side, that means main contract setup, variations, and payment applications. On the downstream side, it covers subcontractor database management, bid adjudication, subcontract orders, variation workflows, and payment submissions. Beyond commercial, StoneRise also has live modules for Procurement, covering RFQ allocation, multi-supplier comparison, automated purchase orders, and AI invoice matching, and HR, which handles employee management, leave and absence, expenses, and a full learning management system. Health and Safety, Site Management, CRM, and further modules are on the roadmap. Used by UK construction contractors and their supply chains. Built by people who have sat in the commercial team and lived the problems they are now solving.

**What do you like best about StoneRise?**

I appreciate StoneRise for its fast and efficient ordering process, along with full order tracking capabilities. The ability to create a large product catalogue filtered by materials, plant, and waste is beneficial. I like how StoneRise allows us to create project templates with individual pricing, which simplifies ordering for our site staff and saves us time by not having to enter pricing repeatedly. The system helps streamline our procurement process, making it quicker and more accurate for site teams to place orders. I find that having pre-set pricing and structured templates reduces errors, ensures consistency across projects, and improves cost control while saving significant time for both site and office staff.

**What do you dislike about StoneRise?**

There isn't anything specific that doesn't work well for us. There is always room for improvement, and we're confident the development team will continue to enhance the platform as it evolves.

**What problems is StoneRise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StoneRise streamlines our procurement process, providing fast, efficient ordering and full order tracking. It allows us to create a large product catalog and project templates with individual pricing. This reduces errors, ensures consistency, improves cost control, and saves time for site and office staff.
