The depth and accuracy of company insights are impressive, providing reliable information on structure, developments, and challenges all in one place. The real-time alerts and trigger notifications save us time by immediately informing us about significant events, letting us reach out proactively at the right moment, improving our outreach success. Scout's interface is intuitive and sales-focused, allowing our entire team to use it effectively without training or technical support. One point is the customization of alerts. Right now we get a lot of useful trigger notifications, but we sometimes still see updates that aren’t relevant for our industry or our target customer profile. Being able to filter alerts more precisely — based on company size, industry, or specific event types that matter to us — would help us focus even better and avoid information overload. We’d also love to see more flexible export and sharing options for the insights we find. Sometimes we want to quickly share a summary of a prospect’s latest developments directly in our CRM or in a team chat, but the current export format is a bit rigid.
