It’s fast, I open it and I’m writing something down in seconds, no menus or setup involved. Last week someone gave me a phone number during a hallway conversation, and I had it jotted down before I even sat back at my desk. It syncs across my devices through my Microsoft account, so a note I write on my work desktop shows up on my phone by the time I’m heading home. I also like that it ties into Outlook and Teams, so quick reminders don’t feel like they’re living in a separate app from everything else I do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Organization is basically nonexistent. Once I have more than 15–20 notes going, it turns into a wall of colored squares and I’m scrolling to find the one I need. There’s no folder system and no way to tag notes by project or priority. Search is there, but it’s basic if I don’t remember the exact wording, I struggle to find the note. I’ve also had sync lag between devices; I once jotted something down on my phone and it took a good ten minutes to show up on my laptop, right when I needed it.
